Angel Harps to pay tribute to Clive Bradley in Panorama 2008.
Republic Bank Angel Harps Steel Orchestra will pay tribute to outstanding musician and steelband arranger, the late Clive Bradley, when they take the stage at this year’s Panorama competition.

Rhum Runner Cruise 30th May
Republic Bank Angel Harps will be having a Rhum Runner cruise on Friday 30th May 2008. Boarding time is 7.00pm and the price of admission is EC$30.00 which includes Bar-B-Q. There will be a number of prizes to be won on the night so come out in your numbers and support the Harps.

Panorama Preprations Begin
Republic Bank Angel Harps will begin practice for panorama 2008 on 28th April 2008. Practice sessions will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays and will be from 8pm to 10pm. Arrangements will be by ace arranger James Clarkson.
Pan Festival Postponed

It is with great disappointment and regret that Pan Pioneers Production announce the postponement of the first ever Grenada Steelpan Music Festival - PANFEST ONE – to November 2008.
The Festival was planned to take place in two phases but will now be held as a single event in November 2008 and will feature competitions in the Solo, Duet, Quartet and Ensembles categories. More

Pan Pioneers Production, has invited Steel Orchestras in Grenada to participate in the first ever Grenada Steelpan Music Festival - Minor Categories 2008 which is scheduled for April 2008. More>>
Christmas CD available
December 15, 2007 -- The latest CD from Republic Bank Angel Harps is now available. "A Christmas Journey in Steel" is a live recording of the Christmas Concert held at the SGU in 2005. The CD features 12 Christmas Songs in a variety of styles with arrangements ranging from calypso to jazz.

2007 on July 1st
June 16, 2007 - The Grenada
Steelband Association will be launching Panorama 2007 on Sunday, July 1st
at the Tanteen Sports Complex. The Launch begins at 5pm in the afternoon
and will feature all the steelbands taking part in both the senior and

Steelband Assoc asks for 2006 prize money
May 23, 2007 - The Grenada
Steelband Association has appealed to Grenada's Minister of Culture to
have the outstanding prize money for Panorama 2006 paid by 31st May 2007.
In a May 22nd press release, the
Association claimed that approximately EC$113,000 was still outstanding to
bands and that they would need these funds to start preparing for Carnival
2007 and Panorama 2007 in particular.
